At S&K Nutrition, your satisfaction is our top priority. We know that sometimes things may not go exactly as planned, so we’ve created a clear and simple return process for your peace of mind.

🕐 Time Frame for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit payments, refunds will be processed via cheque or bank transfer as applicable.

📦 Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return, all products must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them.
  • Returned in their original packaging, including all seals and labels intact.

Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with are not eligible for returns or refunds.

🎁 Free Gifts & Promotional Items

If your order included free promotional items (like shaker bottles, T-shirts, sample packs, etc.), these must be returned along with the main product. If promotional items are not returned, their value may be deducted from your refund.

📍 Return Process

  1. Request a return by contacting our customer support team.
  2. We will verify your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once the return is approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or provide guidance for shipment back to us.
  4. All returns are inspected and refunds processed once the returned product is received in acceptable condition.

❗ What’s Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Items returned without original serial numbers or packaging.
  • Complaints based on personal reactions (e.g., taste dissatisfaction, minor discomfort, or sensitivities)—we recommend consulting a healthcare professional if unsure.
